For clients starting new professional practices and businesses we provide advice and legal representation beginning with the need to create the basic corporate, limited liability company or partnership documents, acquire real estate and handle day to day issues. We also provide ongoing support for business/practice transactional compliance and reimbursement matters. When situations arise we are available to support clients through professional disciplinary proceedings, or advise them on the intricacies of transition and succession planning.
